Province Presidents—originally known as Province Coordinators—were established between 1966 and 1970 during the administration of Silhouette Mary Foley. Prior to this development, the Silhouettes were nationally recognized in 1947 and active at the local level, but no province-level leadership structure existed. The creation of Province Presidents formalized the Silhouettes’ presence within each Province and aligned their organizational framework more closely with that of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. Today, the Silhouettes Organization is represented across 12 Provinces, each supporting and advancing the work of its members.
